Sangita Enterprises special recipe

Veg Sandwich

Ingredients: Sliced bread-2, Butter, Mayonnaise, Pudina Chutney, Tomato Sauce, Onion(onion rings of 2 slices), Tomato(4 slices), Capsicum(2 cutting slice if required), Cucumber(4 Slices), Oregano, Chilli Flex.

Instruction:

  1. Take 2 Slices of bread.
  2. Apply Butter internally on both Slices.
  3. Apply Pudina Chutney on one slice and Tomato sauce on Another.
  4. On one slice arrange the vegetables.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle Oregano and Chilli Flex as per Taste.
  7. Cover with the Second slice of Bread.
  8. Grill and serve hot.

 

  • If you want to add cheese then Grade Process Cheese after Spreading Mayo on Vegetable.
  • For Speciality Sandwiches just replace the plain mayo with Speciality Sauces like Peri Peri/Chipotle/thousand etc.

Tandoori Paneer sandwich

Ingredients: Sliced bread-2, Butter, Sandwich Spread Tandoori, Pudina Chutney, Tomato Sauce, Paneer, Onion(onion rings of 2 slices), Oregano, Chilli Flex.

Instruction:

  1. Take 2 Slices of bread.
  2. Apply Butter internally on both Slices.
  3. Apply Sandwich Spread Tandoori internally on both Slices.
  4. On one slice arrange the Paneer and Onion Rings.
  5. Spread Sandwich Spread Tandoori on Paneer and Onion Rings.
  6. Spread Tomato sauce on it ( if You Required)
  7. Sprinkle Oregano and Chilli Flex as per Taste.
  8. Cover with the Second slice of Bread.
  9. Grill and serve hot.

 

  • If you want to add cheese then Grade Process Cheese after Spreading Mayo on Vegetable.
  • For Speciality Sandwiches just replace the Sandwich Spread Tandoori with Speciality Sauces like TomakKhan/Peri-Peri etc.
